1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18, or use the service under a parent or legal guardian's supervision. Keep your login details private and provide accurate account, contact, and shipping information. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
2. Educational Programmes
Programme descriptions, duration, eligibility criteria, fees, and schedules are provided in good faith and may be updated. Enrolment is confirmed when the institute issues an official admission letter. The institute reserves the right to modify curriculum, faculty, or schedule as needed to maintain academic standards.
3. Products and Orders
Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may change. An item in a cart is not an accepted order. An order is accepted when the platform confirms it. We may cancel an order for stock, pricing, payment, delivery, or fraud reasons and will handle any eligible refund through the original payment route.
4. Pricing and Payments

Use all services respectfully. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, hateful, or exploitative content. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect patients, students, staff, and the service.
7. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping, return, replacement, cancellation, and refund eligibility depend on the item, order state, delivery status, and applicable consumer law. Any available policy shown at checkout or in order support forms part of these terms. Approved payment refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing times depend on the provider.
