This policy explains how the platform collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our website, products, consultation bookings, support channels, or account.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account details such as name, email, phone number, password hash, and saved addresses.
  • Order, shipping, payment-status, consultation booking, and support records. Full card, bank, and UPI credentials are handled by payment providers and are not stored by us.
  • Consultation messages, call metadata, session status, preferences, and reviews that you submit.
  • Contact form and support messages, including the information you choose to include.
  • Device, browser, IP, usage, cookie, and referral information needed for security, analytics, and site operation.

2. Google Sign-In and Analytics

When you use Google Sign-In, we receive the basic profile information permitted by the consent screen: name, email address, and profile image. We do not request access to Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google services. Analytics and advertising tools may receive anonymised usage information such as pages visited, device type, referral source, and general location.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, fulfil orders, process payments, schedule consultations, answer support requests, send transactional updates, prevent abuse, improve the service, and meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Promotional messages are sent only where permitted and include an opt-out path.

4. Consultation Privacy

Private consultation rooms are participant-scoped. Messages and call records are retained only for service delivery, safety, dispute handling, reviews, and legal obligations. Do not share passwords, payment credentials, or information that you do not want included in a consultation record.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Essential cookies support authentication, security, cart state, preferences, and session continuity. Optional analytics or advertising cookies are controlled by the available consent and browser settings.

6. Sharing and Service Providers

We share the minimum information required with hosting, database, email, analytics, authentication, shipping, support, and payment providers. Providers must handle information under their own applicable terms and security obligations. We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention and Security

Runtime account, order, consultation, and audit data is stored in the platform's secured remote database. We apply access controls, record-scoped queries, encryption in transit, audit logging, and operational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may review or update account information, manage saved addresses, request support, withdraw optional marketing consent, or ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable. Some records must be retained for fraud prevention, disputes, tax, or legal compliance.

9. Children

The service is intended for adults. Minors may use it only with a parent or legal guardian's supervision and consent.

External websites, payment pages, social networks, and service providers have their own policies. This policy applies to information collected by this platform.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy when the product, law, or providers change. The current version and update date are published here. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact and support channels shown on the website.
